A comment re: Christopher Cross's song "Sailing," taken from his unofficial MySpace page:

"Indeed it cannot be a tribute to Christopher without that song. May be the best song ever written."

"How'd things go at that wedding with ES?"

"Good. I pretty much charmed the shit out of her friends."

If the Episcopal church breaks into two factions over this whole homosexual bishop thing, I think the gay side should change their name to "the Gaypiscopalian Church." It makes sense if you think about it.

"So what did Anna Nicole Smith die of?"

"I don't know. She was taking anti-depressants and diet pills and stuff. They say she collapsed. There was no one around, so I'm guessing suicide."

"It sounds like she died of the same thing Ken Lay died of."

"Suicide?"

"Loneliness."

"Probably suicide."

I enjoy sports, but I don't really care about them. I am, however, glad that a bunch of my friends really love sports because I get to hear about my favorite thing about sports: the insane behavior of players outside of the sport itself. Take for example:

So awesome.

Something weird:

When you create a post in the new version of Blogger, there's an option that reads:

"Labels for this post: e.g. scooters, vacation, fall"

Here's why it's weird: This isn't one of those things like Google Ads, that changes with what appears on your screen, and those three words have significant meaning to me and my friend Joey. Specifically, one time when we were on vacation we were riding some scooters and we both suffered a fall. His was much more serious than mine, but I did get my leg nearly torn off by a vicious dog two days later. I think about it every time I write a new post. Weird, huh?

If anyone knows a good notary public, I have a great idea for a movie of the week that I'd like to license.

"Did your wife just call you 'man'?"

"Yeah. She does that sometimes. It's like 'Hey, man, make sure you pick up some chicken breasts on the way home from work.' I'm like 'You got it, bro.'"

"Yeah, ES calls me 'dude' sometimes. It's kind of weird."

"'Oh, dude, I really love you.'"

"'Hey, man, will you marry me?'"

"'Oh, dude. That feels good.'"

"'Fuck me, bro.'"

"Gross!"

It seems that in an effort to appeal to a younger crowd, the deodorant company Old Spice has hired a new advertising firm. This is a good first step, but what I hope they eventually realize is that they need to expand their product line specifically toward a younger generation.

I think they should call it "Young Spice." It makes sense if you think about it.
